Life goes on for most of us, but sadly, not for some of us, as another one of our dear classmates recently passed away.

Here is the obituary for Charlotte Bernard (King) as published in the Hutchinson News on 07/18/2011:

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Charlotte A. Bernard King, 59, died July 13, 2011. She was born March 4, 1952, to Kenneth E. and Lois W. Madison Bernard.

She married William A. King Dec. 31, 1988. He survives with brother, Howard; sisters, Maxine Johnson, Shelia Johnson, and Kennita Hairston; brothers-in-law, Raymond, James, and Robert, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Sandra Haliburton, Rosa Perkins, Brenda Walker, and Gloria Hall; uncle, Charles; and aunts, Lucille Adams and Emma Castor.

Funeral noon Wednesday at Walker Funeral Service, Springfield, Ill.
