Our fellow classmate, Larry Swain, recently passed away on June 11, 2026.

Below is Larry's obituary as published in the The Kansas City Star.

Lawrence Arthur Swain, 73, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away peacefully on June 11, surrounded by his loving family. Known and admired by many in both the legal and golf communities, Larry will be remembered for his quick wit, generous spirit, and enduring friendships. Above all, Larry was a devoted family man whose greatest joy was spending time with those he loved.

An open house remembrance will be held at Nicklaus Golf Club at Lion's Gate 14225 Dearborn Street Overland Park KS 66223 on Friday July 10th from 4-7pm.
