HUTCHINSON HIGH SCHOOL
CLASS OF 1970

"Keeping The Memories Alive"

MS. PAT RINER

I taught at Hutch High from 1968 to 1971. I'm still married to the guy I hooked up with while in Hutch--Steve Mitchell from Wichita. After Hutch High we went to Texas for a year, then to Europe for a year. Upon our return we took off for parts west as Steve was a lineman and wanted to get away from the heat. Ended up all over the state of Wyoming while he built power lines. Finally settled here in Wheatland in '77 and have been here ever since. We have 3 kids, Cort (m, Cheyenne), Megan (m, Gillette, 2 little boys), and Molly (s, Ketchikan). I'm still teaching--a couple more years before I retire. This picture is my last fall's school picture.

09/2013 -- I retired in 2010 after 33 years in the classroom. I LOVE IT! Am doing some freelance writing for the little local newspaper, directing local theater productions and doiing a bit of acting...but only a bit. Memorizing lines is not easy at 68! We do quite a bit of traveling and a lot of volunteer work with our church. Son Cortney works for Dyna Noble in Cheyenne. Molly works for Peabody Energy in St. Louis. Megan is a mom of 3 boys in Gillette.

Please email me if you so desire. You can also find me on Facebook. I would love to hear from all of you!
